This Issue's Wonder Woman: Lindsey Miller

Lindsey Miller knows WordPress inside and out. She has been working with WordPress since 2010 when she started her first WordPress blog. Since then she has attended WordCamps all over the world and had the honor of speaking at many WordCamps and other WordPress events such as WooSesh and WordFest. She also has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma. She is currently the owner of two marketing agencies Content Journey and My Marketing Assistant.

What is your mantra?

The most successful entrepreneurs are a bit delusional, so just keep going.

Tell us 3-5 tech tools that you swear by that make life & work a little easier.

  1. ClickUp for project management. Really keeps all of us together and in one place.
  2. Teleprompter App - for helping make sure my videos stay on track
  3. Descript - really love using this tool for video and audio editing
  4. My Marketing Assistant - obviously :)

What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours?

MIO Sweet Tea, I am so addicted!

What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours?

I am a Gin and Tonic kinda gal

Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self?

Don't take everything so seriously, take bigger chances, mistakes can be fun.
